WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP?
This position typically works from 2 pm - 6 pm, Monday - Friday. As needed, you work the 7 am - 3 pm shift to fill in for employees when they're sick or on vacation.
As a Customer Service Rep, you are responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their various needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. This position involves booking appointments for our plumbers and ensuring all important information is conveyed to the team. Each day, you work alongside a supportive and fun team that is dedicated to providing quality service. You love interacting with our customers and take pride in the part you play in our success!
